Refund & Return Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a Consumer (an individual acting for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession), you have the right to cancel this Agreement and return the Product within 14 days without giving any reason.
Cancellation Period: The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after the completion of the Transaction.
How to Exercise: To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this Agreement by a clear statement (e.g., an email to cuhkbaiyang@gmail.com).
2. Refunds for Technical Defects
Beyond the 14-day cooling-off period, or if the download has already started, we provide refunds only in the following cases:
Major Defect: The asset is corrupted, missing critical files, or does not function as described in the technical specifications.
Misrepresentation: The asset is significantly different from the preview images or descriptions provided.
Non-Compatibility: The asset fails to work on the specifically listed engine versions (e.g., UE 5.3) after our technical team has attempted to provide a fix.
3. Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this Agreement within the 14-day period (and have not started the download), we will reimburse all payments received from you. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
After-Sales Service Terms
1. Scope of Technical Support
We are committed to ensuring our assets function as described. Our after-sales support includes:
Installation Assistance: Guidance on importing assets into supported game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity).
Bug Fixes: Addressing technical defects such as broken meshes, missing textures, or rigging errors reported by the user.
Documentation: Access to user manuals or “ReadMe” files included with the asset packs.
2. Version Compatibility & Updates
Lifetime Updates: Once purchased, you are entitled to all future updates for that specific asset version at no additional cost.
Engine Upgrades: While we strive to keep assets compatible with the latest engine versions (e.g., UE5.x), we do not guarantee immediate compatibility upon a new engine release. Major version migrations may be treated as separate products.
3. Support Limitations
Please note that our after-sales service does not cover:
General Engine Training: We provide the assets, but we cannot teach you how to use the game engine or 3D software themselves.
Custom Modification: We do not offer free services to modify, re-skin, or customize assets to meet your specific project requirements.
Third-Party Plugins: We cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party plugins or unofficial engine forks.
4. Response Time & Channels
Inquiry Channels: All support requests should be submitted via our Support Ticket System or emailed to cuhkbaiyang@gmail.com.
Response Window: Our technical team aims to respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
5. File Recovery
If you lose your downloaded files due to hardware failure or accidental deletion, you may re-download your purchased assets at any time through your Account Dashboard, provided the asset is still listed on our platform.
